Arturo Jose Cruz

Arturo Jose Cruz was initially a candidate for the presidency of Nicaragua in that country's elections on Nov 4, 1984, but withdrew because of government restrictions and harassment. He is the former Nicaraguan ambassador to the United States, and now lives in Washington, D.C.
