Mariia Smyrnova

Dr. Mariia Smyrnova is a linguist and scholar of religion whose research focuses on manipulations in religious discourse. She has held teaching and research positions at the Mariupol State University (Ukraine), University of Ioannina (Greece), the University of Warsaw, and Jagiellonian University (Poland). Currently, she works and studies at the University of Waterloo (Canada).
