Among the many awesome additions to the new and improved InsideCatholic, this is one that I’m very excited about: Introducing Cord Hamrick — aka “R.C.” — to our blogging family.

This is usually the place where I’d introduce Cord, but longtime readers will know him already: R.C. has been writing insightful, thought-provoking, and encouraging commentary in the IC comboxes for a while now, and we thought it was high time that he share his talent and views as a blogger and columnist for IC.

By day, Cord is a mild-mannered software developer from Atlanta, where he lives with his wife and three kids. He’s also a recent convert to the faith — a story that I hope he shares here soon. Meanwhile, you can read more about the unmasked R.C. here. Welcome aboard, Cord!
