The Australian Professor is the Director of the Oxford Uehiro Centre for Practical Ethics, and claims that it is our “moral obligation” to use IVF to choose the most intelligent embryos.
As Mark Shea puts it, “I’m noticing a distinct lack of enthusiasm among these people for screening smart ethicists and killing the rest of them: a proposal for which there are much stronger arguments.”
